You will have the entire home available to you during your stay, the property does have a shared driveway that you will have a designated parking area and your own private entry stairs to enter the property. The property is entered through an outdoor staircase from driveway. WELLNESS SPACE - Amazing canyon view deck wellness center equipped with a Barrel Sauna, Hot Tub and Sun deck. This will be a wellness space that you will be able to book your private time slots during your stay with us and reserve your preferred time of use, it's available 24/7 all year round but booking your time slots each day during your stay will ensure it's prepped and ready for you! *Due to the State of Colorado laws and improving property within 35 feet of a body of water (the creek for us), we have built the Wellness Center on the .5 Acre property that is at the top of the property, completely private and has the most expansive views of the canyon walls! The wellness center is completely private, not seen from either home (main house or guest house on the property) and is a private amenity you will book your desired time slots you intend to use it so it's all to yourself! You will reach the wellness center about mid-driveway via the wellness center staircase that will take you to the top of the property to soak in the amazing views and relax! We prioritize our guests comfort, privacy and relaxation over anything - if you have any questions about this space before booking, send me a message!
